There’s a gathering of Warriors

Of people torn by War

Their spirit seems so resolute

Much stronger than before

Who’ve battled once before

They fought in fields far away

In places you’d deplore

Who’ve all fought side by side

They join as one to battle on

To fight for those that died

There’s a gathering of Warriors

They’ve trained for this so hard

The battles fought for yesterday

They try to disregard

They’ll fight for victory

Their bodies are their weapons now

They’ve such tenacity

There’s a gathering of Warriors

They’ve all such simple aims

They want to win, to go for gold
