My latest paper looks at the long term effects of flying on those doing the job.  I was lucky enough to gain collaboration from not only military colleagues but also from civilian crew, who tell similar stories.  The document can be found by clicking on this link.

The second button is a blog from an interview I had with Mark Stibbe who is a volunteer journalist for "Sorted" magazine. Mark wrote a very nice blog about how times of despair can bring about a great period of writing.
